Our Commitment to Nurturing Every Child’s Potential

We at Christ United Methodist Church (now Faith in Christ UMC) believe that each child is a child of God and should be provided every opportunity to develop physically, intellectually, emotionally, socially and spiritually to his fullest potential. To that end, we established Noah’s Ark Christian Child Care Center, a ministry of caring for children in a setting that is an extension of the Church.

Opened in 1990

Discover our nurturing programs that support each child’s growth in a loving and faith-based environment. Our philosophy is to meet each child at their level of development and provide them with experiences and instruction to help them develop newer and higher-level skills.

Programs available for:

Young Infants – ages 6 weeks to 1 year
Older Infants – ages 1 year to 16 months
Young Toddlers – ages 16 months to 2 years
Older Toddlers – ages 2 to 3 years
Preschoolers – ages 3 to 5 years
Elementary School Age – kindergarten to 5th grade
We provide care as well as transportation before and after school for children attending all 5 elementary schools in the Waynesboro area — Fairview, Hooverville, Mowrey, Summitview, and St. Andrew’s.
